By accessing or using the WhiteBox platform at whiteboxhq.ai (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
WhiteBox grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service in accordance with these Terms. You may use the Service to submit decision payloads, retrieve consensus outputs, configure human-review queues, and access audit logs associated with your account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use.
Your plan tier determines the number of decisions per month, concurrency limits, and available models. Rate limits are enforced at the API gateway level. Exceeding limits will result in 429 responses; persistent abuse may result in account suspension.
We reserve the right to adjust rate limits with 14 days notice. Emergency adjustments may be made without notice to preserve service stability for all customers.
You may not use the Service to:
WhiteBox and its licensors retain all intellectual property rights in the Service, including all software, algorithms, trademarks, and documentation. You retain ownership of the decision payloads and input data you submit. By submitting data you grant WhiteBox a limited license to process that data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By using the Service you consent to the data practices described therein.
WhiteBox operates on a pay-as-you-go model. Decisions are billed at the rates published on the pricing page at the time of consumption. Fees are charged in arrears at the end of each billing cycle and processed through Stripe.
All consumed decisions are non-refundable. Credits purchased in advance may be refunded if unused within 30 days of purchase, at our discretion. If your payment fails we will attempt to retry for 7 days before suspending your account.
Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. You may terminate by deleting your account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, with or without prior notice depending on severity. Upon termination, your access to the Service ceases immediately. Audit logs associated with your account will be retained for 90 days before permanent deletion unless a longer retention is required by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WhiteBox and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to WhiteBox in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware.
